I am in front of my computer, when all of sudden a dim light flashes on the border of my right eye. I turn my head, afraid, to see it is the moon, partly hiding its glow in its dark side. At first I don't pay it any attention and come back to my monitor, but I can still see it, at the corner of my eye.

I turn my head again, but it hasn't moved. It it still there, stern, cold, gently staring at me through the darkness of my basement. I smile, and then go back to my screen again. But I can still see the white glow on the border of my eye.

I turn my head a third time. She is still at the same place, she didn't move in the last twenty seconds. Yet, she is different. She looks angry, like the left eye of a wolf, glaring at a prey. She is darker than ever before. I turn my head back to my computer and try to ignore the small light that bugs the corner of my eye.

But I can't. I keep turning my head to my right to see the left eye of the wolf that this night now seems to have become, clouds obscur the eye, blinding it in a bloodthirsty rage, giving it an even more threatening look, and as the mist opens, I can see, no, I can feel the piercing sight of this accusing moon, cuting its way through my flesh and soul, giving me a glimpse of what awaits in hell, driving away my sanity. The eye knows everything, my sins, my flaws, my weaknesses; the eye knows them, the eye will exploit them!

I turn my head, cold sweat runs down my back. I'm breathing loudly, holding a scream back. I can still see the left eye of the devil on the border of my right eye, but this time, I don't dare to look at it.
